We've built and used DayCaptain from day one to process and store our own personal data how we spend every day.

We know how sensitive this information is, and treat every data in DayCaptain as we would like our own to be treated.

We won't use your data outside your intended usage within DayCaptain and we won't sell your data. Ever.

We're based in Europe and we believe that data privacy should be a basic right of every user. Your data belongs only to you, and you retain full control over what happens to it.

If you choose to delete your DayCaptain account in the future, your data will be deleted. Fully deleted, not just marked as hidden. It will be lost and won't be recovered; gone, like your last summer love.

You have the choice to be identified either solely with your email, or via Google or Microsoft login. You can additionally sync your Google or Outlook Calendars to DayCaptain, but in any way no additional information will be sent from DayCaptain to Google nor Microsoft.

We built DayCaptain as a commercial app. The service is provided by us and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our service.

For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and calendar and task information in connected platforms such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) called log data. This log data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
